I've signed up for CIients & Profits ASAP, but I haven't received an email confirming my account. Why? I've received the activation email. Now what? I can't remember my password. How can I retrieve it? The sign-up FAQ has all the answers:
Q. I've signed up for CIients & Profits ASAP, but I haven't received an email confirming my account. Why?
There are a couple of reasons why you may not receive an email from our automated email system when signing up for a new ASAP account.
• If the username you've chosen contains characters other than alpha-numeric (A-Z, 0-9), your account will not be created. Do not include spaces or special characters in your username.
• Check to be sure your mail server's anti-spam software is set to allow email from the clientsandprofits.com and cnp-x.com domains. If you're unsure of your email server's settings, check with your IT administrator.
Q. I've received the activation email. Now what?
The "Welcome to Clients & Profits ASAP" email contains a link to activate your new account, as well as your user name. Clicking the link will automatically activate your account. Then, simply log into your new account at https://my.cp-asap.com
Q. I can't remember my password. How can I retrieve it?
Since passwords are encrypted in the Clients & Profits ASAP user database, they cannot be retrieved. It's important that you write down your password in the event that you can't remember it. If you've forgotten your password, you can request a new one at https://my.cp-asap.com/password_request.php.
Use the form to send us your login name and email address, and we'll email a new password to you. When you receive this email, you will be able to log in, then choose a new password. If you do not receive this email after requesting a new password, see the above FAQ.
