Clients & Profits
ASAP is a web-based version of the actual Clients
& Profits software. It allows anyone to manage
jobs, track time and expenses, and more from Internet
Explorer, Netscape Navigator, or any web browser.
My Clients
The client web page includes the links to billing
info, client contacts,and diary, etc.
My Jobs
The My Jobs web page lets you see all of jobs on
which you're one of the traffic assignments (e.g.,
creative director, project manager, copywriter,
etc.) or the job's AE. It also includes jobs for
which you are the account executive (i.e., the AE/Team
field).
My Time Card
Everyone can track their daily hours using the
time card, which appers on your ASAP home page. It
keeps a daily record of the jobs and tasks on which
you work.
My Expense
Reports
The My Daily Expense Reports window records all
of your reimbursable out-of-pocket expenses, like
tolls, client lunches, cab fares, or tips. Specific
information is entered for each expense, including
category, the job number and task, a description,
and cost.
My
Weekly Task Planner
The Weekly Task Planner window lists your unfinished
job tasks for the current week. It is a personal
scheduler that shows your unfinished jobs and tasks.
