Clients & Profits
ASAP is a web-based version of the actual Clients
& Profits software. It allows anyone to manage
jobs, track time and expenses, and more from Internet
Explorer, Netscape Navigator, or any web browser.
Proposals
Proposals are mini-estimates that provide a preview
of a job for a client. It lets you provide a clear,
concise proposal of the work you are offering without
opening an actual job ticket.
Job Tickets
The job ticket is the foundation of Clients &
Profits ASAP. It's an electronic job jacket that
manages nearly everything you do, tracking estimates,
schedules, costs, time, billings, and profit.
Daily
Job Status Report
The Daily Job Status Report window gives you an
overview of where every job in the shop is, whether
it's on hold, at the printer, or awaiting client
approval.
Weekly
Traffic Report
The Weekly Traffic Report window shows all traffic
assignments in the shop, sorted by type of job
The job's traffic assignments, milestone headings,
and traffic milestones appear in spreadsheet form
on the Weekly Traffic Report window.
Work To Do
The Work to do window is a great way to see your
unfinished tasks. It provides a sophisticated dialog
box to find unfinished job tasks by due date, start
date, resource, client, or AE/team -- for any period
of time.
